International: 7–14 business days Gym Rings (shipped from our international warehouse):

Standard Delivery: 10–20 business days (depending on your location)
Express Delivery (optional): 5–7 business days Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

USA: Flat rate $4.99 – $6.99 per item
Europe/UK: Flat rate €5.99 – €7.99 per item
International: Flat rate $9.99 – $14.99 per item (Exact rates will appear at checkout.)

Packaging T-shirts are shipped directly from our printing partner in secure poly mailers. Gym rings are shipped in protective, plain packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Exchanges T-shirts:

As each item is custom printed, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Gym rings: Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping).
